Dual funnel inlet micro processor with external plate heat exchangers. Ideal for dairy and beverage pasteurization with rapid and accurate heating capabilities and 2-stage cooling. Comes with a partial spare parts kit (gaskets, seals, & thermocouples), spare inlet funnel and various connection tubes for alternate configurations.
