Company Philosophy
At Dairy Engineering Company, we believe that actions speak louder than mission statements. Rather than filling this space with generic promises about "quality" and "customer satisfaction," we’d rather share the principles that have shaped how we do business—and continue to guide us every day.
Commitment to Stocking Equipment
Our founder—formerly Head of Production and Maintenance—experienced firsthand how frustrating it can be when a supplier can’t ship what’s needed in a pinch. That’s why we’ve made stocking equipment a cornerstone of our business philosophy.
We maintain one of the largest inventories of sanitary processing equipment in the country. At any given time, you’ll find 30–50 brand-new pumps on the shelf, ready for same-day shipment. Our parts inventory often rivals the manufacturers’—in fact, we’ve been called on by OEMs to help fulfill orders their other dealers couldn’t. We even keep parts for discontinued models because we understand that "someday, somebody will need it." While no supplier can stock everything, we aim to come as close as possible.
Practical Engineering Support
There are many companies that can sell you pumps, valves, and fittings. What sets us apart is our willingness to engage in the process. Our team is always happy to take an order—but what we truly value is when someone calls to ask:
"How can I solve this?"
"What should I use?"
"What size do I need?"
We offer practical engineering insight and real-world guidance at no extra cost. Our advice helps you get the right equipment the first time, and although we may not always have the lowest price, we offer genuine value and fair treatment from start to finish.
Customer Service That Respects Your Time
We’ve built our customer service model to reflect how we’d want to be treated:
Industry Expertise You Can Rely On
Our team isn’t just trained on the products we sell—they’ve lived the processes you’re managing. We hire experienced professionals from the same industries we serve, including dairy, beverage, biotech, food processing, meat, chemical, and pharmaceutical production. Their hands-on experience in maintenance, operations, and engineering means you're getting practical advice from someone who’s been in your shoes.
We take pride in being helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Give us a try—we think you’ll be impressed.
